At DesiAlgo, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services or need to make a cancellation, please review our policy below.

1. Cancellations

 – Service Subscriptions: 

  You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation process. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.

– Order Cancellations (for One-Time Purchases):  

  If you wish to cancel an order for a one-time service or digital product, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refunds

– Subscription Services:  

  Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds for subscriptions are typically not provided. However, if you experience any technical issues or are unsatisfied with the service, please contact our support team, and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

– One-Time Purchases:  

  For one-time digital products or services, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  – The product/service was not delivered as described.

  – Technical issues were experienced that could not be resolved.

  – You made a cancellation request within the specified 24-hour window.

 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services 

The following services and products are non-refundable:

– Customized digital products that have been delivered.

– Completed consultancy or coaching sessions.

– Courses or tutorials where access has been granted.
